LUKOIL: Installs Marine Risers at the Vlaidimir Filanovsky Field

LUKOIL commenced driving in of marine risers at Vladimir Filanovsky field in the Caspian Sea. This operation precedes drilling of development wells.

Risers, required to reinforce wellheads, ensure circulation and environmental safety at drilling operations, are driven down in the sea bottom to a depth of 120 meters.

Marine risers, driven at V.Filanovsky field, will total 13, by the number of wells, projected for drilling.
