  • Mirrico Group Experts Discussed the Principles and Technologies of Oil and Gas Field Development at the Hydraulic Fracturing 2023 Forum

On May 24-25, the Annual Technical Forum “Hydraulic Fracturing – 2023: Well Intervention Technologies, Hydraulic Fracturing and Coiled Tubing” took place, where employees of the Mirrico Group of Companies met with representatives of leading companies in the oil and gas industry and discussed modern principles and technologies for the development of oil and gas fields.

In an informal setting, professionals exchanged experiences and shared new developments in hydraulic fracturing and multi-stage hydraulic fracturing (multi-stage hydraulic fracturing) and coiled tubing (coiled tubing) technologies, as well as well completion technologies for multi-stage hydraulic fracturing, hydraulic fracturing diagnostics and monitoring technologies and, of course, experience in applying and software development for all technological processes of well stimulation.

It was valuable for the representatives of the Mirrico Group to learn about the trends in the development of hydraulic fracturing in terms of the use of chemical products. Vyacheslav Nikitin, Head of the Solutions Group for IOP and PIU notes:

“I have been engaged in hydraulic fracturing for more than 10 years, but I am not a supporter of the use of technology at the first stage of field development. The hydraulic fracturing method should be applied at stages 3 or 4, when there are significant drawdowns in oil production.”

At the forum, representatives of the Mirrico Group discussed with customers alternative technologies for the use of hydraulic fracturing systems (VUPAV, PAA) that will allow the company to anticipate current technologies and methods in demand in the oil and gas market.
