NOVATEK’s AGM Approves 2023 Dividends
PAO NOVATEK (“NOVATEK” and/or the “Company”) announced that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) approved the total dividend payment for 2023. The total dividend distribution for 2023 will amount to RR 78.59 per ordinary share, including the interim dividends of RR 34.50 per ordinary share paid for the six months of 2023.
The shareholders of record as at 26 March 2024 will be entitled to receive dividends. The dividend is payable in cash not later than 2 May 2024.
