  • Oil Service Company Eriell Completed Sale of Russian Business

The international oil service group Eriell has completed the sale of its Russian assets – Eriell Management LLC and Energy Oil and Gas Service LLC (ENGS).

The new owner of the companies, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, was MetalSeverStroy LLC, which received permission from Russian President Vladimir Putin to carry out the transaction in July.

MetalSeverStroy is controlled by businessman Alexey Lukeev (99%). He stood at the origins of Eriell’s Russian business, being a minority shareholder and head of ENGS for a short period in the first months of the company’s founding. The remaining 1% share of MetalSeverStroy belongs to Vladimir Lukeev, who previously held the post of Deputy General Director of ENGS.

Eriell is an international oilfield services group providing well construction and workover services to oil and gas companies in Russia, Central and South Asia and the Middle East. The company was founded in 2004. Eriell has been operating in the Russian market since 2008 through its structure “Energia Neftegazservice” (until March 2023 – “Eriell Neftegazservice”).
