Olzhas Begimbetov Headed the Department of Geology and Exploration of the Oil Company “KazMunayGas”
Olzhas Begimbetov has been appointed to the position of Director of the Geology and Exploration Department of JSC OC KazMunayGas, reports MIA Kazinform with reference to the company’s press service.
In previous years, Olzhas Begimbetov worked as director of the geological exploration department, director of the resource base development department, managing director for exploration at KMG Engineering LLP, director of the regional geology and basin analysis department of KazMunayGas Scientific Research Institute of Technical and Biological Research LLP.
He began his career in 2011 at the Kazakh Institute of Oil and Gas JSC in the department of oilfield geology and modeling of oil and gas reservoirs as an engineer.
