Pavel Sorokin: Domestic Equipment for the Development of TRIZ Will Appear in Russia in 3-6 years
Equipment produced by the Russian Federation for the development of hard-to-recover reserves (TRIZ) of hydrocarbons will appear in 2021-2024. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Pavel Sorokin.
“The process is long, but I think it’s necessary to look at the horizon of three to six years, when the first pilot-industrial competitive samples will be implemented on key positions,” he said.
According to the deputy minister, for a more successful development of the Bazhenov suite and testing of new technologies, a draft law on technological landfills is being developed.
“We must understand that import substitution is not a process that can be completed in one day. Maybe we started to do this a little later than it should, but progress is very big … We come to the point when many fundamental research and R & D are over, and we expect good progress in a number of directions, “Pavel Sorokin said. .
In June 2017, the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation reported that it sent a draft law to the government on stimulating the development of subsoil plots with TRIZs, for which experimental polygons can be created in Russia.
The project establishes economic incentive measures that increase the investment attractiveness of such sites, pushing subsoil users to search for new technologies.
It is assumed that 5-7 polygons will be provided for each type of work (development of geological exploration, exploration and mining technologies) throughout the country.
