Perekryostok Supermarkets Become TNK Retail Chain Partners in Carbon Loyalty Program
TNK-BP informs that Perekryostok trading company–one of the leading federal retail chains in Russia managed by Х5 Retail Group–is the new partner of the Carbon loyalty program of TNK retail chain. Starting on December 10, 2012, Carbon loyalty cards are accepted for points allotment and use in Perekryostok supermarkets in three Russian regions: Saint Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don and Kursk. Eventually, the number of participating regions may be increased.
Carbon loyalty program is one of the most rapidly expanding programs in Russia; in less than a year the number of program participants exceeded 700 thousand people. The participants can collect points paying for their purchases at TNK retail sites (more than 800 sites across the country) and buying from the program partners. Other partners of the Carbon program are Euroset chain and Russian Automobile Fellowship, X5 Club and Special Attitude program. The cooperation with Perekryostok trading company is another important step towards wider scope and better quality of services provided within the Carbon program.
According to the program terms, 1 point will be allotted per every 10 rubles spent in Perekryostok supermarkets. In Zelyony Perekryostok supermarkets the number of points allotted will increase depending on the check amount. For instance, if the check amount is 2000–5000 rubles, 5 points will be allotted per every 10 rubles. If the check amount exceeds 5000 rubles, every 10 rubles spent will provide 10 points.
Points may be used for payment both at TNK retail sites and for settlements with the program partners. Every 10 points on the card provide 1 ruble discount on all goods and services.
“TNK-BP expands the opportunities provided by Carbon cards on an on-going basis, offering new areas of application and services. Our cooperation with Perekryostok trading company offers new goods and services to our customers and in addition to that it allows to collect reward points faster,” says Amir Feizulin, TNK-BP First Deputy Executive Vice President, Downstream.
