President of LUKOIL and President of Kazakhstan Discuss Cooperation Prospects
President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov in Nur-Sultan.
LUKOIL’s leader presented an account of the Company’s last year activities in Kazakhstan, including implementation of joint projects by LUKOIL and KazMunayGas. The parties discussed the current state and future prospects for Zhenis and Al-Farabi offshore projects, as well as possibilities to further cooperation.
While in Kazakhstan, Vagit Alekperov also met with Nursultan Nazarbayev, the First President of the country.
