Rating Agency Ekspert RA Confirms Credit Rating of Uralmashplant JSC at A Level

Rating agency Ekspert RA confirmed credit rating (long-term credit capacity) of Uralmashplant JSC at A level (high level of credit capacity). Prediction: stable.

Conducting rating analysis of Uralmashplant JSC the agency analysts pointed out high activity diversification as positive factors in business sectors, broad geography of business (according to the result of 2012 the product was exported to 18 countries), lack of dependence from major customer and supplier and high diversification of bills payable (as of 30.06.2013  the share of major contractor is 10.6%)

“Within the scope of analysis the company gave information concerning upcoming additional issue due to which the company plans to obtain funds at the rate of 9.9 billion rubles. The agency considers this event as factor of support and is going to monitor timely completion of distribution of additional issue”, said the head of corporate and investment rating department Ekspert RA, Pavel Mitrofanov.

Moderately high abilities for pledge, low level of currency risks, high level of financial information disclosure and high level of insurance are also marked as positive factors of “Uralmashplant ” JSC.
