R&D Center for Gas&Oil Tech Took Part in the Rosneft XIV Corporate Conference for Well Construction and Sidetracking
On May 26, 2023, the XIV Corporate Conference on well construction and sidetracking completed its work based on the results of work for 2020-2022. (Orenburg), where a report was made on “Interactive-industrial professional retraining of drilling supervisors of Rosneft Oil Company” by the President of JSC “NIPTs GNT” V.V. Kulchitsky, who proposed to include in the draft decision of the Conference:
1. In order to identify the effectiveness of the transition to electronic document management of supervising services, conduct pilot tests of the automated workplace of the supervisor based on the software “Master of Acts and Orders” of JSC “Scientific Research Center for State and Technical Engineering”.
2. Prepare measures for the use of educational technologies of distance interactive production training (DIPO) in the training and retraining of drilling supervisors as part of the implementation of the Comprehensive Program for the Development of Young Drilling Engineers “Drilling Supervising and Engineering of PJSC NK Rosneft”.
