RDCR Well Engineering Forum Continues to Grow
RDCR 2019 welcomed 474 delegates to the Kempinski Baltschug Hotel in Moscow on the 11th April – an increase of 27% on last year. The organisers are proud to boast the highest ratio of Operator to Service company delegates of any forum in the CIS.
