RN-Burenie Purchased the Property of the IDS Group Asset in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug
Rosneft structure paid 255 million to Intellect Drilling Services.
RN-Burenie LLC (Moscow) bought three ZJ40 mobile drilling rigs at a bankruptcy auction. The equipment is located in three fields: Komsomolskoye (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug) and Samotlor, Kamennoye (KhMAO). The equipment previously belonged to Intellect Drilling Services LLC (Moscow).
The bankruptcy trustee sold all three lots to a single bidder. The bidder agreed to purchase the goods at the initial contract price. The total cost of the drilling rigs amounted to 255.4 million rubles, according to the Fedresurs portal.
Some of the property was not of interest to the business. For example, no applications were submitted for the purchase of elevators and drill pipes located in several municipalities of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
It should be noted that RN-Burenie LLC is part of the structure of PJSC Oil Company Rosneft. The company has already shown interest in the assets of Intellect Drilling Services. Pravda UrFO reported on the purchase of movable and immovable property from a company going through bankruptcy proceedings.
To clarify, Intellect Drilling Services was declared bankrupt in 2020. The publication said that the company is part of the IDS Group holding of Arthur Dulgheru and Gadzhi Gadzhiev. The main activity is the provision of other services in the field of oil and natural gas production.
