ROGTEC on the Road!
RDCR 2014, UOR 2014, NEFTEGAZ, 21st WPC and Caspian Oil and Gas Exhibition
It has been an interesting summer for the team at ROGTEC Magazine, and as always we pride ourselves on ensuring that we have “boots on the ground” at all the key regional conferences and exhibitions. It must be said that we are the only publication to support our regional exhibition partners in this way.
RDCR 2014
The 2nd RDCR, held at the Kempinski Baltschug Hotel in Moscow on the 26th & 27th March is Russia’s premier event for drilling technology. The event covers general drilling technology discussions between the region’s leading drilling contractors and operators, as well as specific technology roundtable sessions on areas including rigs and equipment, tubulars, hardbanding, downhole tools and HSE. ROGTEC Magazine is the official publication for this industry leading event and as well as exclusively having a copy in each of the delegate bags, ROGTEC was also distributed throughout the event. UOR 2014
The 1st UOR was held at the Kempinsk Baltschug Hotel on the 14th May 2014, and as one of the pioneering events for the unconventional oil sector in Russia attracted some of the leading experts in this area from Russian and international operators. Again, ROGTEC Magazine was the official publication to this industry leading event, and we were proud to have a copy exclusively in all the delegate bags and distributed throughout the event. Caspian Oil and Gas Exhibition, 3rd – 6th June 2014
As is customary nowadays, ROGTEC Magazine was the only Russian and CIS focussed magazine to support this key industry event with a team manning our booth at the exhibition. Azerbaijan is a key oil and gas producing country where ROGTEC Magazine has a loyal reader following.
NEFTEGAZ 2014
As has been the case every other year for the past 10 years, ROGTEC Magazine was one of the leading regional media partners at the NEFTEGAZ Exhibition. The exhibition was earlier this year due to the WPC arriving in Moscow in June, and so we printed the June issue of ROGTEC Magazine early, reaffirming our commitment to the regional exhibitions. Although this year’s version of NEFTEGAZ was notably smaller due to the WPC, it was still a key place for companies to exhibit and meet with clients and partners.

The World Petroleum Congress is always the biggest event in the oil and gas calendar and this year the bandwagon came to Moscow. What great event, and ROGTEC Magazine was proud to be singled out as the best upstream publication in the Russian & CIS oil and
gas sector.
