Rosgeology Completed Seismic Work on West Bykovskaya Square in Udmurtia
Permneftegeofizika PJSC (APG, a subsidiary of Rosgeologia JSC) completed seismic exploration on West Bykovskaya Square in the Udmurt Republic under a contract with OOO LUKOIL-PERM.
During the summer field season, 3D MOGT seismic surveys were performed on an area of 419.7 square meters. km A study was made of the geological structure of coal and Devonian sediments to evaluate and prepare for prospecting and exploration drilling of oil-prospective objects within the West Bykovskaya area on the territory of the Usvinsky, Celtinsky and Yakshur-Bodinsky districts of Udmurtia.
Earlier, at the beginning of 2019, Perm geophysicists performed 3D seismic work for LUKOIL-Perm LLC on neighboring Bykovskaya Square in the amount of 233.1 square meters. km
Geologically, the studied Bykovskaya and Zapadno-Bykovskaya areas belong to the Borodulinsko-Fokinsky oil and gas region of the Verkhnekamsk oil and gas region, as well as to the Nizhnekamsk and Verkhne-Kukmorsko-Nemsky oil and gas regions of the Tatar oil and gas region. Industrial oil content is established in the Verey deposits of the Verey terrigenous-carbonate oil and gas complex, industrial oil reserves are confined to the Bykovskoye field.
