  • Rosneft Commissioned a New Laboratory in the Orenburg Region

    The Samara Scientific Institute of Rosneft opened a modern laboratory in the city of Buzuluk, Orenburg Region. The new division was created to control the quality of reagents used in the processes of drilling, production and oil preparation of one of the largest producing companies of the Company – Orenburgneft.

    The laboratory is equipped with modern and high-precision domestically produced equipment, which allows for quality control of reagents and their compliance with technical specifications according to the main indicators: pour point, kinematic viscosity, appearance and density, corrosion rate, etc.

    Every year laboratory specialists will be able to conduct more than 4 thousand studies. The location of the facility in the center of oil production in the western Orenburg region will improve the efficiency of logistics, ensure the efficiency of research and the involvement of chemical reagents in production processes.
