Rosneft President Igor Sechin Starts Working Trip to Sakhalin Region
Igor Sechin, Rosneft President and Chairman of the Management Board started a working trip to Sakhalin Region.
As part of the visit he held talks with the region governor Alexander Khoroshavin.
The parties signed a cooperation agreement between Rosneft and Sakhalin Region aimed at regulating the parties’ obligations concerning hi-tech projects on the territory of Sakhalin Region, tax proceeds and investment activity support.
