Rosneft: Restructuring of the Management Board
In order to improve coordination in a complex sanitary and epidemiological situation, as well as to increase production and economic efficiency and strengthen interaction with the largest regional divisions of Rosneft on the implementation of promising projects in oil and gas production, designed to become the locomotives of the Company’s development in the medium term, the Council of the directors of Rosneft, a decision was made to change the composition of the Company’s Management Board.
The new composition of the Management Board includes:
- Igor Tabachnikov, General Director of LLC RN Yuganskneftegaz
- Tatriev Khasan Kureishevich, General Director of PJSC ANK Bashneft
- Chernov Vladimir Nikolaevich, General Director of LLC RN-Vankor
- Kuchukov Ilgam Gaffarovich, General Director of Suzun JSC
- Malikova Dina Rinatovna, President, Chairman of the Board, All-Russian Bank for Regional Development
The involvement of the heads of large regional divisions in the work of the collegial bodies of the parent company is a widespread domestic and foreign practice.
Top managers remain on the Management Board, including two first vice presidents responsible for the most important areas of the Company’s activities: exploration and production, commerce and logistics, finance and strategic planning, as well as the chief geologist of the Company. The inclusion of the President and Chairman of the Management Board of RRDB bank in the Rosneft Management Board is aimed at ensuring continuous monitoring of the availability of credit and financial resources.
The Vice Presidents, who were previously members of the Rosneft Management Board, will continue their work in the Company, performing their assigned functional duties, as well as ensuring the activities of the Management Board in the areas they supervise.
