Rosneftegaz Pays 50.2 Billion Ruble Dividend to Federal Budget
On 5 December, Rosneftegaz paid dividends for 9M 2012 of RUB 50.2 billion to the Russian federal budget.
Rosneftegaz has fully complied with Russian Government directives and decisions taken within the Company at corporate level on the payment of dividends.
Rosneftegaz’s dividends will provide for implementation of Russian Presidential Decree of 22.11.2012 No. 1564 on Targeted Financing by the Federal Budget for the Construction by RusHydro of Power Facilities in the Far East of Russia.
