Roxi Petroleum of General Meeting and AGM
Roxi, the Central Asian oil and gas company with a focus on Kazakhstan, is pleased to announce that all the resolutions at the General Meeting, called to approve the BNG farm-out with KNOC and at the Annual General Meeting were carried.
Additionally, at the Annual General Meeting, it was reported that David Wilkes had resigned as a director of the Company on 11 June 2012. As previously announced David will remain as an employee of the Company until the end of September and will become a consultant to the Company from 1 October 2012.
