  • Russian Oil Exports to Non-CIS Countries Decreased by 4.6% in 10 months

    In January-October 2021, Russian oil exports to non-CIS countries amounted to 176.76 million tons, which is 4.6% less than in 2020. Such data are indicated in the operational summary of the CDU TEK.

    Average daily exports were fixed at 4.26 million barrels. Leap year correction has been taken into account.

    In total, 158.02 million tons of crude oil (of which 143.17 million tons are Russian resources), bypassing Transneft – 33.59 million tons were exported via the Transneft pipeline system to the far abroad in 10 months of 2021.

    In October, 19.39 million tons of Russian crude oil were exported to non-CIS countries. Compared to last year, exports increased by 8.4%.

    Since the beginning of the year, 29.56 million tons of Russian crude oil have been shipped through the port of Primorsk through the Transneft system (in October – 3.8 million tons), MNT Kozmino – 28.8 million tons (3.2 million tons), NSR Ust-Luga – 13.59 million tons (1.6 million tons), Novorossiysk – 8.22 million tons (948.88 thousand tons).

    In January-October 2021, NK Rosneft exported 79.11 million tons (in October – 9.29 million tons) to non-CIS countries via the AK Transneft system, Surgutneftegaz – 22.31 million tons (2.41 million tons) , LUKOIL – 14.11 million tons (1.82 million tons), Gazprom Neft – 6.23 million tons (848.96 thousand tons), Tatneft – 6.49 million tons (407.93 thousand tons).

    “Transit of Kazakhstan in January-October 2021 amounted to 11.05 million tons (in October – 1.22 million tons), Azerbaijan – 837.93 thousand tons (169.56 thousand tons), Belarus – 1.42 million tons ( 146.3 thousand tons), Turkmenistan – 1.53 million tons (80.9 thousand tons) ”, – informs the Central Dispatch Office of the Fuel and Energy Complex.

    In January-October 2021, Russian oil companies reduced oil supplies to neighboring countries by 8.4% – to 9.37 million tons.
