  • Salym Petroleum Development And Nefteyugansky District Signed A Cooperation Agreement

Salym Petroleum Development has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Nefteyugansk district of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra. It was signed by SPD General Director Denis Paramoshin and the head of the district Alla Bochko. The agreement defines a list of priority social projects that the company will implement in the Nefteyugansk region in 2024. The SPD social investment program includes more than 20 projects for the development of education, culture, sports, healthcare, ecology and the preservation of the cultural heritage of indigenous peoples of the North.

Denis Paramoshin, General Director of Salym Petroleum Development:

“SPD’s social policy, based on the principles of cooperation with regional authorities, is aimed at long-term socio-economic development of territories in the region of our activity. And given the fact that a significant part of the company’s personnel and their family members live on Salym land, issues of improving the quality of life and creating comfortable conditions in their places of residence are becoming key.”

Alla Bochko, head of the Nefteyugansk region:

“Salym Petroleum Development is a reliable partner of the Nefteyugansk region. The company has been developing one of the most modern and safe oil fields in Russia near the village of Salym for 20 years. This is not just an investor, but a real good neighbor. The company’s large-scale social investment program covers a wide range of areas and, I am sure, will have a positive impact on the quality of life of our fellow countrymen. It’s gratifying that the main focus of the company’s social activities is on the territory of its activities – the Nefteyugansk region.”
