  • Seismic Exploration Work Completed at the Vostochno-Bovanenkovskiy License Area

Gazprom Dobycha Nadym has completed seismic exploration at the Vostochno-Bovanenkovskiy license area with an area of 859 sq. km. This was reported by the Gazprom press service.

The work included seismic surveys carried out by Gazprom Nedra. 164 people and 60 units of special equipment participated in these works.

The result of the 3D seismic exploration work will be a volumetric image of the structure of gas and gas condensate deposits at the Vostochno-Bovanenkovskiy license area, as well as the determination of the locations of projected geological exploration wells. The data obtained will also make it possible to estimate resources and calculate the expected increase in reserves.

Gazprom Dobycha Nadym holds a license to develop the Kharasaveyskoye gas condensate field and also carries out production at the Yubileynoye, Yamsoveyskoye, and Bovanenkovo fields.
