  • South Stream Transport Board of Directors addresses tender issues

    Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee took part today in Amsterdam (Netherlands) in a meeting of the South Stream Transport Board of Directors.

    The Board Members addressed various issues regarding the progress with the offshore section of the South Stream gas pipeline. The meeting highlighted that the offshore section construction was progressing according to schedule.

    The Board Members approved the South Stream Transport annual accounts for 2012 to be endorsed by the General Shareholders Meeting as recommended.

    In addition, the meeting addressed issues related to the initiation of tender procedures for pipe supply as well as pipe laying services for the first string of the gas pipeline.

    The next meeting of the South Stream Transport Board of Directors is scheduled for the third quarter of 2013.
