Strategic Objectives of Russian LNG
As part of the NEFTEGAZ.LIVE business program during the Neftegaz-2025 exhibition, a roundtable discussion titled “Key Strategic Objectives of Russian LNG” was held. The event was organized by Expocentre with the support of the analytical agency LNG.Expert.
The session brought together industry leaders and experts to discuss the main challenges and strategic goals facing Russia’s LNG sector. Key topics included achieving technological and energy sovereignty under ongoing sanctions pressure, assessing the effectiveness of government support measures, and improving coordination between state institutions and private businesses. Participants explored potential solutions to some of the most pressing issues currently confronting the industry.
The roundtable was moderated by Sergey Ivanov, Head of LNG.Expert. Speakers included Georgy Garkusha, General Director of Prommashtest Engineering LLC; Alexey Dedkov, Deputy General Director of Cryomash Plant LLC; Konstantin Radinsky, President of the Union of Oil and Gas Equipment Manufacturers; along with other leading industry experts.
