Lukoil Consolidates Assets in Timan Pechora
LUKOIL announced today that it has acquired ConocoPhillips’ indirect 30 percent interest in Naryanmarneftegaz (NMNG) and certain related assets. ConocoPhillips indirectly owned 30% in NMNG.
