TAGRAS Holding Develops Business Ties With Iranian Businesses
Representatives of TAGRAS visited the Islamic Republic of Iran. The TNG-Group and Sistema-Service divisions took part in the business mission. The delegation was headed by the General Director of the Holding Lenar Nazipov.
The main purpose of the visit is to visit the II International Exhibition “Eurasia” in Tehran, networking and holding a series of B2B meetings with representatives of the Iranian business community.
One of the key goals of the exhibition is to strengthen economic relations between the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Eurasian Economic Union and the Gulf countries.

“We are participating in the Eurasia exhibition for the first time. We are interested in further building relationships with Iranian business. We already have some developments in this direction”.
As part of the trip, representatives of the Sistema-Service division held negotiations with one of the largest oil service companies in the country, MAPNA Drilling. The meeting was attended by the head of the drilling department, deputy general director for engineering and a specialist in external economic relations. The Iranian holding specializes in oil transportation, pumping and treatment services. The parties agreed on a business visit to the production of the TAGRAS Holding division to familiarize themselves with the bit manufacturing process.
As part of preliminary agreements with the Deputy Minister of Oil of Iran and the head of NPC, Mortaza Shakmirzayi, during the exhibition, the top management of the Holding met with the geodesy department of the oil and gas company. Iranian partners are interested in seismic exploration, geophysical, field and office work, as well as in carrying out hydraulic fracturing operations in developed fields. Representatives of the Holding discussed the details of mutually beneficial cooperation and agreed to sign a memorandum regarding the provision of services to Iranian oil companies.
During the visit, the TNG-Group division agreed to establish business ties with NIOC, one of the top 3 global companies in the oil and gas industry. The discussion of possible points of interaction included the Deputy Director for Geodesy, Deputy Director for Planning and the Company’s Geophysics Manager.
Representatives of the company “ESFARAYEN INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX” (EICO) also expressed interest in establishing partnerships with divisions of the oil and gas service Holding “TAGRAS”. EICO Industrial Complex is the largest producer of forged alloy steel in Iran and the Middle East.
