TAGRAS Holding Summed up the 2022 Results
Revenue growth, an increase in the investment program and record labor productivity – TAGRAS announced the results of work in 2022. The holding aims to develop human capital as a key asset. Among the tasks for the team of many thousands are diversification, increasing import independence and entering new markets with high-tech products and services.
In 2022, the total revenue of the Holding reached 83 billion rubles. During the year, the indicator increased by 7.2%, and without taking into account the enterprises that retired during the restructuring – by 43%, the general director of TagraS-Holding LLC said at a conference of labor collectives.
“The scope of work has been increased by almost all divisions,” Lenar Nazipov emphasized. – The recovery of the oil and gas service market was facilitated by the growth in production, which led to the rise of a number of segments – drilling services, service of submersible units, enhanced oil recovery, oil engineering.
Based on the results of the work done, the volume of especially critical and essential for the production of imported goods was replaced by 78%, and the total share was 89.3%,” said Ildar Mannapov, First Deputy General Director for Organization and Development of Production at TagraS-Holding LLC.
In 2022, the divisions spent 7.3 billion rubles on investments – in three years the volume of the investment program has increased by a third. The General Director of the Holding urged to pay attention to R&D as well. In 2022, the divisions allocated 84 million rubles for these purposes – programs for the development of their own technologies and equipment will have to be updated.
Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Sergey Etus noted that the region retains its leading position in the Russian Federation in a number of socio-economic indicators. Tatneft Trade Union Chairman Gumar Yarullin praised the high results that the Holding managed to achieve in 2022. He noted the quality work of the leaders of the trade union organizations of the divisions. Timur Nagumanov, the head of the Almetyevsk region of the Republic of Tatarstan, said that TAGRAS is a leader not only in terms of technology, but also in the implementation of social programs. In 2022, 788 million rubles were allocated for social support of employees and their families; the volume of charitable projects amounted to 62.8 million rubles.
As part of the business part of the conference, the CEO of TAGRAS Holding announced the strategic objectives for 2023. Lenar Nazipov urged the teams to focus on business diversification and qualitative organizational changes.
“We have to ensure the economic stability and import independence of the Holding through our own breakthrough technologies and equipment,” he stressed. “It is important to improve the range of products and services, expand sales markets and enter international markets.”
