TAGRAS Increased Labor Productivity By 14.3% And Achieved Annual Revenue Of 82 Billion Rubles
In 2023, TAGRAS Holding increased labor productivity by 14.3% compared to the 2022 level. The average figure for the Holding was 4.8 million rubles/person. The annual revenue of TAGRAS reached 82 billion rubles, and the total volume of work increased by 6%.
The reporting year allowed the Holding to achieve target revenue indicators and approach the volume of work to the period before the restructuring of enterprises.
Most of the Holding’s divisions are active participants in the republican project “Increasing Labor Productivity”. Young people actively participate in development projects, bringing their innovative perspective and modern thinking. Plans for 2024 include expanding the sales market, launching projects for new developments and business process reengineering, and entering international markets.
