TAGRAS Increased Labor Productivity by 39.2%

In 2022, TAGRAS increased labor productivity by 39.2% compared to 2021. The average figure for the Holding amounted to 4.3 million rubles per person. is the highest value in the history of the oilfield services group.

Most of the Holding’s divisions are active participants in the republican project “Increasing Labor Productivity”. Young people actively participate in development projects, bringing their innovative outlook and modern thinking.

The plans for 2023 include mapping the main processes, benchmarking identical operations to improve performance, maintaining social support for the team and constantly improving working and living conditions for employees.
