Tatneft Imports Replacement IT Service Platform
Tatneft – Digital Development (TNDD) will implement the domestic service platform Elma365 to replace the foreign Creatio. This was reported by cnews.ru.
TNDD, as a service platform operator, provides corporate services to the TATNEFT Group in terms of IT and a common service center. The department works with a large number of requests and users. On average, more than 40 thousand requests are resolved per month, more than 100 thousand activities are registered.
Based on the new platform, Tatneft – Digital Development plans to increase the efficiency of IT services, improve the customer experience of service consumers and optimize the service catalog.
To achieve these goals, in addition to the Elma365 Service system solution itself, TNDD acquired the Service Desk 2.0 business solution and the Elma Bot designer. The implementation of Elma365 will occur in several stages. Completion of the project is scheduled for May 2025.
“When developing Service Desk 2.0, we were guided by the best practices accumulated over the years of our company,” said Elma365 Service product manager Viktor SITNIK. – This is done so that the product is able to satisfy the needs of both medium-sized businesses and large companies such as Tatneft.
