  • Tatneft Increased Salary by 12%

From January 1, 2023, tariff rates (salaries) of the company’s employees have been increased in PJSC TATNEFT.

Taking into account the current economic situation, the level of inflation, the dynamics of prices for food products and consumer services, as well as in order to provide maximum support to the company’s employees, it was decided to increase wages above the planned values and set them at +12%. Andrey GLAZKOV, head of the personnel department of Tatneft, reported this to Neftyany Vesti.

Despite any external conditions, the wages of workers are increased every year.

Last year, this figure for Tatneft averaged 10%. The level of salary indexation depends on inflation, financial and economic results and labor productivity.

At the same time, additional investments in personnel, in their wages, require, as the newspaper reports, an increase in the overall efforts of the oil industry team – the search for new growth points and increasing the economic efficiency of production, a rational attitude to enterprise resources, cost optimization and productivity increase.

In addition to wages, an enhanced package of social benefits and guarantees, the company creates opportunities for additional earnings. An increase to the basic tariff can be received for scientific and innovative activity, participation in projects, improving labor efficiency, doing more work and other initiatives.
