Tatneft Is among Companies of High Social Efficiency
TATNEFT was awarded a diploma for the third place in the category “For participation in resolving social problems of territories and development of the corporate philanthropy” by the results of the All-Russian contest “Russian organization of high social efficiency”.
More than 120,000 applications from companies of various industry branches and various forms of ownership had been received for participation in the All-Russian contest.
TATNEFT Company had been nominated to the federal contest stage following the decision of the Republican Trilateral Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations, which had identified 10 organizations among the winners of the republican stage.
At the end of the republican stage the Company had been awarded first place in the nomination “For participation in resolving social problems of territories and development of the corporate philanthropy” and the third place in two categories: “For the development of human resources potential in the organizations of the production sector” and “For the development of social partnership in the production sector organizations”.
The contest has been held annually since 2000, and it allows identifying enterprises, which achieve high results in the solution of social problems, draws public attention to resolving the problems at the level of the organizations, promotes extension and encouragement of good practices in this area and development of social partnership. The event has been held in two stages since 2010: at the regional and federal level. The winners were chosen in 12 nominations this year.
