Tatneft Is among the High Social Efficiency Enterprises
TATNEFT was named among the winners of 2012 based on the results of the republican stage of the All-Russian contest “Russian organization of high social efficiency”.
The Company won the first place in the category “For participation in solving social problems of areas and development of corporate philanthropy”.
The first place was also awarded to “Bavlyneft” Oil and Gas Production Board, which is a structural division of TATNEFT, in the nomination “For reduction of occupational accidents and professional disease rate in the production sector organizations.”
The Company was also awarded the third place in the categories “For development of the human resource potential in the production sector organizations,” and “For development of social partnership in the production sector organizations”.
The contest has been held annually since 2000 and allows identifying organizations achieving good results in solving social problems, drawing public attention to these issues at the organizations’ level, promoting proliferation and promotion of good practices in this field and developing social partnership. The event has been held in two stages: at the regional and federal levels, since 2010. The winners have been selected in 12 nominations this year.
The decision of the Republican Tripartite Commission for regulation of social and labor relations defined 10 republican stage winning organizations in this contest, which were nominated for participation in the federal stage contest. JSC TATNEFT was the one selected in the nomination “For participation in solving social problems of areas and development of corporate philanthropy”.
