Tatneft: Results of the Company’s Innovative Activities
The inventive and innovative activities of TATNEFT employees make a significant contribution to the implementation of the Company’s Strategy.
In 2018, the innovators of TATNEFT submitted 5,208 rationalization proposals and more than 50,000 ideas for improvement of the working conditions and technological processes in the Company. More than 900 results of the intellectual activity were implemented the production.
270 applications for alleged inventions, utility models and certificates for computer programs were sent in 2018 to the Federal Institute for Industrial Property and 200 title of protection were received (129 for inventions, 32 for utility models and 39 for computer programs).
628 events were registered in the library of the best practices of TATNEFT as of the end of the year. The replication of best practices in 2018 provided a significant reduction in operating costs.
12 professionals of the Company were awarded the title “Laureate of the Contest”, while two experts were awarded the title “Professional Engineer of Russia” based on the results of the All-Russian contest “Engineer of the Year”.
Three works became winners of the Republican contest “50 best innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan”.
