Testing of Hydrogen Production Installation Has Been Started at TANECO
Commissioning tests have been started at the hydrogen production installation of the combined hydrocracking complex of the “TANECO” Refining and Petrochemical Plants Complex in Nizhnekamsk.
Hydrogen production is an integral part of the whole hydrocracking process. Currently the installation has been put in the mode of comprehensive testing. Purity of the final product has amounted 99.99 percent.
The project documentation of the facility has been developed by JSC “Giprogazoochistka” and JSC “VNIPIneft”. The contractors for construction are ZAO “Servistehnomontazh”, OOO “NefteGasEngineering”, OOO “Tatspetsneftehimmontazh” Management Company, OOO “NP “Tsentromontazhavtomatika”, JSC “Salavatneftehimremstroy”, JSC “Trust No.21 Building Company”, OOO “Spetsenergomontazh”, OOO “Neftehimzavodstroy” and JSC “Kamgesenergostroy”.
The manufacturers and suppliers of the equipment are both Russian and foreign ones: Bugulma Mechanical Plant of JSC TATNEFT, OOO Volgovyatsky mechanical plant, OOO “NPO “Ufaneftegazmash”, ZAO NPF “EnergoTransServis – TSA”, JSC “Uralkhimmash”, ILSUNG CORPORATION (South Korea), Heurtey Petrochem (France), Borsig GmbH (Germany) and UOP (USA).
The installation design capacity by raw materials is 100 thousand tons per year.
