The Cabinet of Ministers Decided to Create Russian Legal Entities to Manage the Urengoy field

The Government of the Russian Federation decided to create Russian legal entities to manage the Urengoy field as part of special economic measures.
This is stated in the resolution of the Cabinet, posted on the portal of legal information. The document comes into force from the day of publication.
It says that the following LLCs are created: “Achim Development” and “Achimgaz” with a location in Novy Urengoy, as well as “Achim Sales” in St. Petersburg.
