The conference “Supply chain in oil&gas complex” will be held March 14th (NEFTEGAZSNAB-2013)

The VIIIth (Eighth) conference “Supply chain in oil&gas complex” will be held in Moscow March 14^th. Conference NEFTEGAZSNAB held in InterContinental Moscow Tverskaya Hotel is regarded to be the biggest Russian event which gather heads of logistics departments of oil&gas complex. Experience exchange and logistics support system of different companies of the branch is held at the conference.

Object of NEFTEGAZSNAB-2013 is to form a transparent and open system of choosing of suppliers of oil&gas companies. The event enables contractors to communicate to the wide scope of contractors and colleagues, to broaden the scope and to acquire useful contacts.

At the conference NEFTEGAZSNAB-2013 there will be an awarding ceremony held for the producers according to the following trading groups:

– Pipe products;

– Electrical centrifugal pumps;

– Oil submersible cable;

– Wellhead equipment.

On the basis of the intercept survey of the major oil&gas companies this top list was prepared by the Coordination Council of consumers of industrial products of oil&gas complex headed by Dr. of Engineering Sciences, Director of logistics and Coordination Council of JSC “Gazprom neft” Mr. A.E. Karavaev.

In the framework of the conference there will be a discussion under the following title: «Automatic performance of the logistics support system of oil&gas companies. Automatic performance influence on the participation of suppliers in on-line trading of oil&gas companies. Review on ETF (Electronic Trading Facilities). Advantages and disadvantages of ETF. On which system is likely an oil&gas company to decide?».
