The Economic Effect from the Implementation of the Production Efficiency Program “Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz” Amounted to More than 6 Billion Rubles
For three years, Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz received an economic effect of 6.4 billion rubles from the implementation of measures to improve production efficiency.
Improving production efficiency is one of the key tools of the Rosneft-2022 Strategy. The program provides for the implementation of measures aimed at optimizing costs and improving production processes, including through the introduction of advanced technological solutions. The program is designed for the personal participation of the company’s employees – each specialist can offer initiatives to improve production processes. After conducting pilot industrial tests for projects that have proven their effectiveness, passports are issued.
To date, the maximum savings have been achieved in the project “Improvement of horizontal wells design. Transition from four columns to a two-column well structure at the Kuyumbinsky license area. ” In five years, the expected economic effect from the use of the technology will be about 12 billion rubles.
Also, within the framework of the program, the enterprise has implemented projects to modernize pumping units, reduce energy consumption, and optimize costs for the delivery of hydrochloric acid.
In 2020, Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz specialists proposed 21 ideas for implementation, of which 17 have already been approved at the enterprise.
