The Economic Effect From The Introduction of Advanced Technological Solutions at Orenburgneft Amounted to More Yhan 4 Billion Rubles
The Orenburgneft company, which is part of the Rosneft oil production complex, implemented 95 innovative projects to improve production efficiency in 2022, 28 of which were proposed by the company’s specialists. The economic effect of the implemented technological solutions amounted to more than 4 billion rubles.
Increasing the efficiency of production assets is one of the key elements of the Rosneft-2030 strategy. The company carries out systematic work aimed at reducing the operating costs of enterprises through the introduction of advanced technological solutions.
One of the most effective innovations introduced in 2022 was the project to desulphurize associated petroleum gas (APG) with a hydrogen sulfide neutralizer using atomizers. The cumulative effect from the use of this technology amounted to more than 1.3 billion rubles over 5 years.
Another significant project is the optimization of well design when drilling in mature fields. The cumulative effect of the introduction of innovation will amount to 330 million rubles over 5 years.
Also among the proposed developments are the modernization of an oil submersible cable, a radial drilling project, a reduction in energy consumption and operating costs for electricity, an increase in the operational reliability and availability of equipment, a reduction in losses and costs in technological processes and other initiatives.
