The Economic Effect of Kondaneft From the Implementation of the Program to Increase Production Efficiency Exceeded 200 Million Rubles
The Kondaneft company (part of the oil production complex of Rosneft Oil Company) received an economic effect of more than 200 million rubles in the first half of 2023, thanks to the implementation of a program to increase production efficiency.
Systematic work to improve the production efficiency of facilities is one of the key elements of the Rosneft-2030 Strategy. The company continues to carry out large-scale work to reduce operating costs at its production facilities, including through the introduction of advanced technological solutions.
One of the implemented projects of Kondaneft eliminates the need to use a flexible tubing after multi-stage hydraulic fracturing. The introduction of this innovation allows you to speed up the process of well development and save consumables. The expected economic effect from this initiative over 5 years will exceed 300 million rubles.
Improving the efficiency of the enterprise’s production activities is also facilitated by the introduction of accounting for production and pressure parameters during hydrodynamic testing of wells in the Kondinskoye field. Another innovation is the approach-free processing of the near-wellbore zone of the formation, which allows reducing the time and number of personnel involved during the work.
