The Gazprom Group’s Sustainable Development Policy was Approved

 PJSC Gazprom’s Board of Directors approved the Gazprom Group’s Sustainable Development Policy.

The document consolidates the Group’s mission in this area – to make a positive contribution to the social and economic development of the Russian Federation and other regions of the company’s presence, following the principles of environmental and social responsibility. 

The policy defines the goals and obligations of the Gazprom Group in such areas as social and economic development, improvement of corporate governance, environmental protection, resource and energy conservation, energy efficiency. The document also pays attention to the observance of human rights, in particular, in relation to the company’s employees, its partners and contractors, residents of the regions in which Gazprom operates, including indigenous minorities.

The Gazprom Group’s sustainable development policy is posted on the company’s website in the section “ Articles of Association and Internal Documents of PJSC Gazprom ”.
