  • The Merger of LUKOIL-PERM and LUKOIL-KOMI Into a Single Organization Has Been Completed

    The subsidiaries of the LUKOIL Group, LLC LUKOIL-PERM and LLC LUKOIL-Komi, completed their merger.

    The LUKOIL-PERM enterprise now holds licenses for geological study, exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the Perm Territory, the Udmurt Republic, the Republics of Bashkiria and Komi, as well as the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. Current recoverable reserves for all categories of oil amount to more than 1 billion tons. The total number of employees is about 12 thousand people.

    The company will be able to ensure better planning of the investment program, obtain additional economies of scale when purchasing goods and services, and combine the competencies of specialists.

    Social guarantees for workers will be enshrined in the new collective agreement.

    The enterprise will remain a major taxpayer and will continue its active social policy in the areas of operation.
