The TAGRAS Holding Division Is Mastering The Production Of Import-Substituting Products
With government support, TNG-Group is developing an analogue of Schlumberger MDT equipment, a drill rod drive for oil refineries and parts for the bottom drum of submersible equipment for galvanizing lines.
As part of the decree of the Government of the country, which gives supplier companies the opportunity to modify their products to meet the requirements of large customer corporations, TNG-Group won a grant to bring a downhole formation tester, an analogue of Schlumberger MDT equipment, to an industrial standard. The total amount of financing amounted to 150 million rubles. Previously, the division became the first Russian company to enter into an agreement to acquire the high-tech GIS complex Schlumberger.
As part of another resolution of the Russian Government, implemented through the Agency for Technological Development, the division won two more grants. Funding is primarily aimed at stimulating the development of design documentation for serial production of critical components.
Under the first of the grants, specialists are developing design documentation for the drill rod drive for the hydraulic decoking process. This installation is used in oil refineries. The second grant was issued for the development of a sliding bearing unit for corrective and stabilizing rollers for the bottom drum of submersible equipment for galvanizing lines.
TNG-Group continues to cooperate with leading universities in the country both in the implementation of joint projects and in the field of training qualified personnel, and participates in co-financing programs. Let us recall that in 2023, the Holding’s division worked on projects with two large universities at once:
– With the Bashkir State University – on the creation of an intelligent integrated technology for the study and interpretation of field geophysical well survey data.
As part of the project, the working group presented software “simulator software” for assessing temperature fields and determining phase flow rates in vertical and horizontal wells.
– With MIPT – on the creation of a high-tech production facility for the production of a hardware-software modular recording complex with hybrid telemetry for onshore and offshore seismic exploration and seismic monitoring. The complex has no foreign analogues.
“Almost all developments are at the intersection of various sciences – hydraulics, metalworking, optics, electronics,” this is how its head Alik Imaev described the work of the TNG-Group Scientific and Technical Department
