TMK Announces Key Appointments in the Company Following the Acquisition of ChTPZ

Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) announced the appointment of a number of key executives following the acquisition of an 86.54% stake in PJSC ChTPZ.

General Director of TMK Igor Korytko became the General Director of PJSC Chelyabinsk Pipe-Rolling Plant (ChTPZ) and JSC Pervouralsk Novotrubny Plant (PNTZ). Boris Kovalenkov, who previously held the above positions, will continue his professional career in the company. Vyacheslav Popkov, the first deputy general director and chief engineer of TMK, will become the first deputy general director – operating director of ChTPZ and PNTZ.

It was also announced about personnel appointments in the commercial block after the entry into the structure of TMK of the enterprises of the ChTPZ Group. Andrey Parkhomchuk will keep the post of Deputy General Director for Commerce. He will be responsible for organizing sales and procurement activities, transport logistics and business development of the company, taking into account new assets. Vladimir Oborsky, who previously held the position of TMK’s Deputy General Director for Sales, will be appointed Deputy General Director for Marketing. He will oversee marketing, exhibition activities and key partnerships.

The united sales block in the position of Sales Director will be headed by Denis Prikhodko, who previously held the position of Commercial Director of PJSC ChTPZ. The supply and logistics unit will be headed by Alexey Talnikov, who was previously the Director of Purchases and Logistics at ChTPZ PJSC.

The managing director of PNTZ will be Vladimir Toporov, who held the position of technical director of the Seversky Pipe Plant (STZ), which is part of TMK. Valentin Tazetdinov will become the Managing Director of ChTPZ and the General Director of SOT JSC and ETERNO LLC. Fagim Valeev will be appointed the head of the Meta group of companies. AO TD Uraltrubostal will continue to be headed by Alexey Smirnov, OOO ChTPZ. Pipe service “- Evgeny Gaas.
