TMK Entered the top 5 employers in the Industry According to Randstad and ANCOR
According to the results of 2020, the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) was recognized as one of the best employers in Russia according to the companies Randstad and ANCOR. The company was included in the top five leaders in the metallurgical industry according to the results of the survey, which was attended by 13 thousand Russians.
In the course of the survey, among the most important criteria, the participants noted good wages, financial stability, career growth, a pleasant working atmosphere, and interest in performing work duties. TMK, in its HR policy, is guided by these indicators, among other things, and strives to create comfortable conditions for each of its employees, conducive to motivation and continuous improvement of competencies.

TMK implements career guidance projects in the cities of its presence, cooperates with schools, secondary specialized and higher educational institutions to help schoolchildren make an informed choice and prepare students for work at enterprises.
