TMK Neftegazservice Began to Produce a New Type of Filter for Oil Wells
TMK Neftegazservice (TMK NGS), part of a pipe metallurgical company (TMK), has mastered the production of a new type of specialized filters for oil wells. The company’s grocery line was replenished with a slurry filter with direct winding, the first batch of which has already been shipped to the customer.
New slit filters with a diameter of 178 mm are effective for long horizontal oil wells, easy to install and use. They were developed and made as soon as possible at the request of the customer and complemented the range of similar solutions to the NGS TMK – earlier, the company has already made slotted filters with a diameter of 114 mm. The first batch of new products – 3.5 thousand pcs. – They released a trumpet service at the TMK enterprise in Noyabrsk (part of the NGS TMK).
Hoorant filters hold sand, other mechanical impurities and gases into an oil well. On request, they can be made with a premium carvings of your own TMK UP line. In the manufacture of products, TMK NGS uses machine vision technology, which allows you to control quality and diagnose products with a high level of accuracy.
“TMK NGS occupies confident positions in the oilfield services market, but in our area it is especially important to constantly keep your hand on the pulse and quickly respond to market requests. Replenishment in the line of well filters is one of the examples of such a response to the needs of the customer. I note that Noyabrsk and Perm Territory become centers for the manufacture of complex equipment for oil wells, which is associated with a close location of the deposits. TMK NGS is represented in these regions, the company understands this advantage and tries to use it as much as possible, ”said Danil Shakhov, director of service development and sales.
The project to launch a new type of well filters has entered the NGS TMK Development Strategy until 2025. The capacity of the company provides the possibility of manufacturing both small -scale parties of filters and parties in the amount of up to 2.4 thousand pcs. per month at the sites in Noyabrsk (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra) and Chernushka (Perm Territory).
