Oil service company TNG-Group has implemented an automated enterprise management system in TNG-KomiGIS and TNG-Izhgeofizservice. The company developed and adapted software for the field geophysics directorate, based on the modern 1C:ERP platform. The Devon News Agency learned about this from the press service of the Bugulma company.
In particular, a data quality control module has been introduced. It allows you to track the time and cost of geophysical survey interpretation. And thanks to the instrument and equipment accounting module, the system is able to monitor the location of equipment.
Repairs carried out and technical condition are also monitored. This allows you to quickly prepare documents for decommissioning and moving equipment.
Another important function is taking into account employee competencies. The system monitors the compliance of personnel qualifications with the requirements and the presence of all necessary permits. In turn, the geophysical cable accounting module allows you to track the location, operating time, checks and remaining length of the cable.
The new production system is integrated with the existing accounting system. This allowed us to expand our analytics and planning capabilities. Using the system, you can more effectively generate reports and collect statistics.
“This improves the processes of logistics, labor safety management and equipment maintenance,” says Vitaly KHMELEVSKY, geophysicist of the TNG-Group field geophysics department. “We can now accurately control costs and forecast needs.”
