  • TNK-BP Launches New TNK Avia Website for Jet Fuel Clients and Partners

TNK-BP announces the launch of the website of TNK Avia, the company’s jet fuel business. The website, www.tnk-avia.com, is primarily designed for clients and potential partners of TNK Avia, providing them with all the information they need for their operations in real time and enabling them to create a personal account on the site in the future.

TNK Avia is a leader on the Russian jet fuel market, with a share of approximately 20%. The company’s share in the Moscow air hub – the largest in the country – exceeded 30% in 2011. Last year, TNK Avia supplied 1.4 mln tons of jet fuel to its partners and by 2016 aims to expand fuel production by more than 30% to 2 mln tons.

TNK Avia is focused on creating an integrated offer for jet fuel consumers, offering its partners fuel supply services on any basis. At the same time, more than half of its total fuel sales today are under long-term in-wing contracts. In addition to selling fuel, TNK Avia jointly with other TNK-BP structures and company partners provides the full range of aircraft fuel and lubricants supply services. TNK Avia’s offer includes fuel and lubricants storage and quality testing, as well as personnel services and the supply of equipment for fuelling aircraft both at airports in the Moscow hub and other airports around the RF and abroad.

Dmitry Ustinov, TNK-BP Vice President, Business Marketing and New Business Development, stressed: “Currently our main strategic priority is to expand our geographical coverage in order to meet our partners’ jet fuel requirements as fully as possible. TNK Avia’s clients are Russian and foreign airlines, private aircraft and traders. Our objective is to consistently expand the partner network while rigorously controlling the quality of TNK-BP’s products at every stage – fr om production to consumer.”
