Ukrgasdobycha Announced the Discovery of a New Gas Field
The Ukrgasdobycha company has discovered a new gas field, its reserves can reach 1 billion cubic meters, the parent Naftogaz of Ukraine reported.
Ukrgasdobycha has discovered a new field. Its reserves are expected to reach 1 billion cubic meters of gas. Testing of a well with a depth of almost 4,000 meters was carried out “from scratch” and completed in August,” the message posted on the Naftogaz website says.
The head of the board of Naftogaz, Oleksiy Chernyshov, also stated on August 15 that the state-owned gas production company Ukrgasdobycha, which is part of the Naftogaz of Ukraine group, launched two more wells, which increased production by 430,000 cubic meters of gas per day.
