Urals Energy: Appoint Sergey Uzornikov As Interim CEO

The Board of Urals Energy, the independent exploration and production company with operations in Russia, announces that Sergey Uzornikov, the Group’s Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr Uzornikov will not be appointed as a Board Director of Urals Energy.

The Board has commenced its search for a new Chief Executive Officer and further announcements will be made at the appropriate time.
